We've attended this event in Rockford, MI the last couple years. There are always local neighborhood associations giving away little safety things, balloons, snacks, coloring pages and more. Events around the nation feature Baby/Booster Seat checks, finger printing/child ID and many other things. I know that Rockford will again have the dunk tank with local law enforcment officers in it!
